General Descriptions
- DCX100NS is best suited for applications where the load needs to be turned on and off using control circuits like micro-controllers, parators etc. particularly at a point of load. It Features a discrete PNP pass transistor which can support continuous maximum current up to 100 mA. It also contains an NPN transistor which can be used as a control switch and can also be biased using higher supply. The ponent devices can be used as part of a circuit or as stand alone discrete devices.
