MBL8149N
MBL8149N is NMOS Single-Chip 8-Bit Microcomputer manufactured by Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited.
- Part of the MBL8149H comparator family.
MBL8149H/N DESCRIPTION The Fujitsu MBL8749 is an 8-bit single-chip microputer that uses a 2K x 8-bit Electrically Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM) for program memory. The EPROM can be erased by using an ultraviolet (UV) light source; thus, program memory for the MBL8749 can be changed as often as required. Also included in the MBL8749 are: 256 x 8-bit static RAM, 27 I/O lines, an 8-bit timer/counter, and a clock generator. The device can be ordered in either of two speed versions: N-version for operation at 6MHz and the H-version for operation at 11 MHz. Foreither frequency, the operating temperature range is O°C to 70°C. The MBL8749 is fabricated using an N-channel, 2-layer polysilicon-gate MOS process. The MBL8749 is housed in a 40-pin ceramic windowed DIP and requires a single +5-volt supply for basic operation and a 21-voltsupply for programming the EPROM. The MBL8749 is well suited for applications such as system evaluation, system prototyping, and low-volume production work.
