Description

The BC516x devices are high performance and low cost GFSK transmitters for wireless applications in the 2402MHz~2480MHz frequency bands.

They incorporate a highly integrated 2.4GHz transmitter, a baseband modulator and an Encoder with programmable data rates from 125Kbps to 500Kbps.

  • Operating voltage range: VDD=2.0V~3.6V.
  • Low Voltage Detection.

  • FUSE Data Memory: 320 bits.
  • Low current consumption.
  • Deep sleep mode current: 0.5μA.
  • I(LIRC_ON) current: 2.5μA.
  • TX current consumption: Typ. 15.5mA @ 0dBm.
