Overview
The BC516x devices are high performance and low cost GFSK transmitters for wireless applications in the 2402MHz~2480MHz frequency bands. They incorporate a highly integrated 2.4GHz transmitter, a baseband modulator and an Encoder with programmable data rates from 125Kbps to 500Kbps.
