APL3533 Ultra-Low On-Resistance, 6A Dual Load Switch with Soft Start .
The APL3533 is an ultra-low on-resistance, dual powerdistribution switch with external soft start control.

APL3533 Features

* 16mΩ (Typical) On-resistance per Channel 6A Continuous Current Soft Start Time Programmable by External Capacitor Wide Input Voltage Range (VIN): 0.8V to 5.5V Supply Voltage Range (VBIAS): 3V to 5.5V
