AIC2863 General Description

The AIC2863 is a 3A synchronous-rectified Buck converter with integrated low Rds(on) power MOSFETs. The AIC2863, designed with a currentmode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage to the adjustable output voltage to provide excellent output voltage regulation. It is stable with low ESR outpu.
