Automotive Grade AUIR0815S BUFFER GATE DRIVER IC .
The AUIR0815 buffer gate driver family, in conjunction with a pre-driver stage, is suited to drive a single half bridge in power switching application.

AUIR0815S Features

* High peak output current > 10A
* Low propagation delay time
* Negative turn off bias can be applied to VEE using an external supply
* Two output pins permit to choose different Ron and Roff resistors.
* Low supply current
* Undervoltage lockout
