Description

The AUIR0815 buffer gate driver family, in conjunction with a pre-driver stage, is suited to drive a single half bridge in power switching applications.

Features

High peak output current > 10A.
Low propagation delay time.
Negative turn off bias can be applied to VEE using an external supply.
Two output pins permit to choose different Ron and Roff resistors.
Low supply current.
Undervoltage lockout.
Continuous ‘on’ capability.
Suitable for high power inverter.
