MPQ2179A, 6V 3A Synchronous Step-Down Converter

The MPQ2179A is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with integrated internal power MOSFETs.

It can achieve up to 3A of output current (IOUT) across a 2.5V to 6V input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation.

The output voltage (VOUT) can be regulated to as low as 0.6V
