MIC5166 Features

* VDDQ Supply: 0.9V to 3.6V

* Bias Supply: 2.5V to 5.5V

* Stable with two 10µF ceramic output capacitors

* Two 10µF output capacitors used in most applications

MIC5166 General Description

The MIC5166 is a 3A, high-speed, linear, low VIN, double data rate (DDR), memory terminator power supply. The part is small and requires small output capacitors making it a tiny overall solution. This allows it to be conveniently placed close to the DDR memory, minimizing circuit board layout induct.
