Features
* Suitable for operating in a very wide inverter supply voltage range (up to 550 V DC for SO28 package, up to 225 V for SSOP28 package) Wide IC supply voltage range (9 V to 30 V DC) Suitable for synchronizing multiple inverters to a single operating frequency with equal lamp current phase Adjustable mApplications
* The IC contains level-shifters, bootstrap diodes and drivers for the external full-bridge power switches. Furthermore, the UBA2074 has a build-in HF oscillator which determines the operating frequency, a phase shift controller for obtaining constant lamp current, and a PWM generator which is used tUBA2074 Distributors
