SGM48523/SGM48524A SGM48525/SGM48526 Dual 5A, High-Speed, Low-Side Gate Drivers with Negative Input Voltage Capability GENERAL .
The SGM48523/4A/5/6 are dual high-speed low-side gate drivers for MOSFET and IGBT power switches.
