IL55B/ 56B/ MOC8021 Vishay Semiconductors Optocoupler, Photodarlington Output, High Gain .
The IL5xB and MOC8021 are optically coupled isolators with a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon photodarlington sensor.
