AO4842
AO4842 is 30V Dual N-Channel MOSFET manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductors.
Description
The AO4842 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge. The two MOSFETs make a pact and efficient switch and synchronous rectifier bination for use in buck converters.
