General Description
The EMP8166/A series can drive 1A of continuous output loading and provide a good performance with a typical dropout voltage as 90mV through an internal n-channel power MOSFETs. The output voltage can be adjustable from 0.8V to Vout that could be very close to VIN.
The EMP8166/A series are available in E-SOP-8L and SOT-23-6L packages.
