Description 1 A L O W D R O P O U T P O S I T I V E R E G U L AT O R The GE1117A50 is a low dropout at positive fixed-mode regulator with minimum of 1A output current capability. The product is specifically designed to provide well-regulated supply for low voltage IC applications such as high -speed bus termination and low current logic supply. GE1117A50 is also well suited for other applications such as VGA cards .GE1117A50 is guaranteed to have lower than 1.4V dropout at full load current making it ideal to provide well-regulated outputs 5.0V with 6.4V to 15V input supply.
