Description 1 A L O W D R O P O U T P O S I T I V E R E G U L AT O R The GE1147-50 is a low dropout at positive fixed-mode regulator with minimum of 1A output current capability. The product is specifically designed to provide well-regulated supply for low voltage IC applications such as high -speed bus termination and low current logic supply. GE1147-50 is also well suited for other applications such as VGA cards .GE1147-50 is guaranteed to have lower than 1.4V dropout at full load current making it ideal to provide well-regulated outputs 5.0V with 6.4V to 18V input supply. Ground pin The output of the regulator, A minimum of 10u F capacitor must be connected from this pin to ground to insure stability.
