The HM1484D is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs.

Fixed 500KHz Switching Frequency.
No Schottky Diode Required.
Short Protection with Hiccup-Mode.
Built-in Over Current Limit.
Built-in Over Voltage Protection.

Output Adjustable from 0.925V.
Integrated internal compensation.
