BLU97
BLU97 is UHF power transistor manufactured by NXP Semiconductors.
DESCRIPTION
N-P-N silicon planar epitaxial transistor designed for use in mobile radio transmitters in the 470 MHz band. FEATURES
- multi-base structure and emitter-ballasting resistors for an optimum temperature profile.
- gold metallization ensures excellent reliability.
The transistor has a 4-lead stud envelope with a ceramic cap (SOT122A). All leads are isolated from the stud.
