SY26533 Description
The SY26533 is a high efficiency, current-mode control, asynchronous Boost converter with an integrated 400mΩ RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET. The fixed 1MHz switching frequency and internal pensation reduce external ponent count and save PCB space. The built-in internal soft start circuitry minimizes the inrush current at start-up.
