Overview
The CT812x series of bipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital latches are designed for consumer and industrial applications. The devices are based on Allegro patented XtremeSense™ TMR technology with integrated CMOS process to provide a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance.
- Sensitivity with BOP as low as 10 G
- Ultra-low power consumption: ~2.4 µA @ VDD = 3.3 V and fS = 500 Hz
- Supply voltage range: 1.7 V to 5.5 V
- Sensor polarity: bipolar
- Digital CMOS outputs: □ Push-pull
