Description
The SA23003C high efficiency 2.35MHz synchronous buck converter operates over an input voltage range of 2.8V to 5.5V and can deliver an output current up to 3A. It integrates a top MOSFET and a bottom MOSFET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss.
