SA23002B Description
The SA23002B high efficiency 2.35MHz synchronous buck converter operates over an input voltage range of 2.8V to 5.5V and can deliver an output current up to 2A. It integrates a top MOSFET and a bottom MOSFET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss. The 2.35MHz constant switching frequency reduces the required external inductor and capacitor values.
