The SA23002C high-efficiency synchronous Buck converter can deliver 2A output current over an input voltage range from 2.8V to 5.5V.

It uses built-in power MOSFETs to supply a resistor-configurable output voltage between 0.6V and VIN.

General Description The SA23002C high-efficiency synchronous Buck converter can deliver 2A output current over an input voltage range from 2.8V to 5.5V.
