SA23006
Overview
The SA23006 synchronous buck converter has integrated power MOSFETs, an input voltage range of 2.8V to 5.5V, a configurable output voltage from 0.6V to VIN, and a maximum load current capability of 6A. Under light load conditions, it can operate in either pulse width modulation (PWM) mode or pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode.
