A6270-1 Description

A6270-1 High-Current, Two-Channel, Automotive LED Controller .
The A6270-1 is a linear, programmable current controller capable of accurately regulating LED current in two strings with external MOSFETs.

A6270-1 Features

* AEC-Q100 qualified
* 5.3 to 40 V supply; operates down to 5.1 V, when enabled
* LED current programmed independently with two external MOSFETs
* Flexible LED dimming options
* Integrated PWM dimming set by resistors
* External PWM dimming set by micr

A6270-1 Applications

* The two LED current levels from each output are set by two sense resistors. Current reference accuracy for each string current is better than ±4%. Driving LEDs with constant current ensures safe operation with maximum possible light output. ICs can be connected in parallel in a master-slave arrange
