CT8122 Description

CT812x Integrated Bipolar TMR Digital Latches .
The CT812x series of bipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital latches are designed for consumer and industrial applications.

CT8122 Features

* Sensitivity with BOP as low as 10 G
* Ultra-low power consumption: ~2.4 µA @ VDD = 3.3 V and fS = 500 Hz
* Supply voltage range: 1.7 V to 5.5 V
* Sensor polarity: bipolar
* Digital CMOS outputs:
* Push-pull
* Undervoltage lockout (UVLO)
