IRS2112 Description

The IRS2112 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels.

IRS2112 Features

* Tolerant to negative transient voltage, dV/dt VOFFSET 600 V max. immune
* Gate drive supply range from 10 V to 20 V
* Undervoltage lockout for both channel

IRS2112 Applications
