The AS239-12 is a low cost IC FET SPDT reflective switch in a plastic SOIC-8 package for commercial low cost, low power applications.

AS239-12 Features

* Low Insertion Loss (0.4 dB @ 1 GHz)
* High Isolation (35 dB @ 1 GHz)

AS239-12 Applications

* The switch operates with -5 V, 0 V or operates with +5 V, 0 V when device is “floated” as shown on following page. This general purpose SPDT switch is used in many commercial telecommunication applications. PIN 1 0.068 (1.73 mm) MAX. 0.020 (0.51 mm) MAX. 0.049 (1.24 mm) 0.016 (0.41 mm) 0.016 MAX.
