HM4924B - 40V Full-Bridge of MOSFET

General Description

The HM% uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge .

The complementary MOSFETs may be used to form a H-Bridge, and for a host of other applications.

  • N-channel: VDS =40V,ID =10A RDS(ON)=22mΩ (typical) @ VGS=4.5V RDS(ON)=17mΩ (typical) @ VGS=10V P-Channel: VDS =-40V,ID =-6A RDS(ON)=65mΩ (typical) @ VGS=-4.5V RDS(ON)=45mΩ (typical) @ VGS=-10V.
  • Excellent gate charge x RDS(ON) product(FOM).
  • Very low on-resistance RDS(ON).
  • 150 °C operating temperature.
  • Pb-free lead plating.
  • 100% UIS tested.
