APL3538 Preliminary Ultra-Low On-Resistance, 6A Dual Load Switch with Soft Start .
The APL3538 is an ultra-low On-resistance, dual powerdistribution switch with external soft start control.

* Ultra-Low On-Resistance -APL3538A/B: 20mΩ (Max. ) -APL3538C/D: 35mΩ (Max. )
* Low Quiescent Current: 30µA(max)
* Soft Start Time Programmable by External Capacitor
* Wide Input Voltage Range (VIN): 0.8V to 5.5V
* Supply Voltage Range (VDD): 3V to 5.5V
