The IDT54/74AHCT273 are octal D flip-flops built using advanced CEMOS' *, a dual metal CMOS technology. The IDT54/74AHCT273 has eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with individual D inputs and 0 outputs. The common buffered Clock (CP) and Master Reset (MR) inputs load and reset (clear) all fl.

* Equivalent to ALS speeds and output drive over full temperature and voltage supply extremes
