The MPQ2242 is a configurable-frequency (300kHz to 2.2MHz), synchronous, step-down converter.

including soft start (SS), enable (EN) control, and a power good (PG) indicator. In addition, the MPQ2242 provides over-current protection (OCP) with valley current detection to avoid current runaway, short-circuit protection (SCP), reliable over-voltage protection (OVP), and autorecovery thermal protection. With internal compensation, the MPQ2242 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components. It is available in a QFN-9 (2mmx3mm) package, and is AECQ100 qualified.
