NB669 24V, High Current Synchronous Buck Converter With LDO .
The NB669 is a fully integrated high frequency synchronous rectified step-down switch mode converter with 5V fixed output voltage.

NB669 Features

* include OCP, OVP, UVP and thermal shut down. The converter requires minimum number of external components and is available in QFN16 (3mmx3mm) package. END OF LIFE FEATURES
* Wide 6.5V to 24V Operating Input Range
