FAN53745 Buck Regulator

The FAN53745 is a low quiescent current step *down DC/DC converter that delivers a regulated output voltage from an input supply of 2.3 V to 5.5 V. The combination of built *in power transistors, synchronous rectification, and a tiny solution size make the device ideal for portable app.
