SA23003C is Single Synchronous Buck Converter manufactured by Silergy.
Description The SA23003C high efficiency 2.35MHz synchronous buck converter operates over an input voltage range of 2.8V to 5.5V and can deliver an output current up to 3A. It integrates a top MOSFET and a bottom MOSFET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss. The 2.35MHz constant switching frequency reduces the required external inductor and capacitor values. The SA23003C uses a peak current mode control architecture. It operates in fixed frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) mode at light to heavy loads, thereby maintaining small output voltage ripple over the entire load current range. It also provides cycle-by-cycle current limit protection, output short-circuit protection, and overtemperature protection. The SA23003C is available in a pact DFN1.4mmx1.8mm-6 pin package.
