The 1044 Series is a high power thin-film bipolar RF amplifier using lossless feedback for low noise, high dynamic range and efficient operation; and active bias circuits to assure good temperature compensation and increased immunity to bias voltage variations. TO-8T RF IN GROUND RFOUT V+
