CHA2050-QDG 17-21.5GHz Low Noise Amplifier GaAs Monolithic Microwave IC in SMD leadless package Description The CHA2050-QDG is a three-stage GaAs Low Noise Amplifier operating in the frequency band 17-21.5GHz. This LNA typically presents 1.3dB Noise Figure associated to a typical small signal gain of 26dB. It provides 6dBm output power at 1dB gain compression. The overall power supply is 2V/30mA. UMS A2050 YYWW This LNA is dedicated to Satcom applications and well suited for a wide range of microwave applications and systems.
