The FPD6836 is an AlGaAs/InGaAs pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (PHEMT), featuring a 0.25 µm by 360 µm Schottky barrier gate, defined by high -resolution stepper-based photolithography. Narrowband and broadband highperformance amplifiers
