SNA-486 General Description

Sirenza Microdevices’ SNA-486 is a GaAs HBT MMIC Amplifier housed in a low-cost, surface-mountable plastic package. The heterojunction increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions. Cancellation of emitter junction non-linearities results in higher suppression of interm.
