The MA4AGSW2 is an Aluminum-Gallium-Arsenide, single pole, double throw (SPDT), PIN diode switch. The switch features enhanced AlGaAs anodes which are formed using MACOM’s hetero-junction technology. AlGaAs technology produces a switch with less loss.
